    As of today I’ll be DIYing a couple of side rooms to make them more practical (as utility rooms) and of course presentable. Floors are currently bare concrete with what I think is some kind of blue epoxy laid by previous owners years ago.

    Am thinking the following will might work (from the bottom up):

    – Tiling or lino etc
    – Foil quilt for a bit of insulatin
    – Levelling compound, eg No Nonsense
    – Seal with PVA at 5:1
    – Liquid DPM, eg Technoseal (not sure about Blackjack)

    Anything you builder types would do differently?
