Any specific recommendations re courier or just use RMSD.

Use some bubble wrap or foam bits to avoid jolts.
They post hard drives, they are more sensitive!

Put the lens box in a bigger box with as much separation from the outer to the inner as possible.. then pad with as much bubblewrap / foam as you can. And then say a little prayer – glass items aren’t usually covered on the insurance…
