Last time I sold a wheel the post office costs made it pointless selling the thing, any alternatives which aren’t courier based?

Oh, its a 700c wheel so bigger than collectplus will carry, I think.

I sent off two wheels (in a wheelbox, thanks to “On Yer Bike” in Blackburn) with Yodel, via Parcel2Go.

Grand total of £10 I think.

My Hermes haven’t let me down sending wheels and they are reasonably priced too

I also used Parcel2go for a wheelset recently, and ended up using My Hermes for £10.60 inc VAT.

Isn’t that roughly the same price as parcelforce?

When I was sorting it out I seem to recall that Parcel Force site wouldn’t give me any sort of decent quote due to dimensions, so I didn’t get as far as giving them any more of a chance.

I really like Citylink and have been using them regularly for a while, some people whine about their collections but I also book through Parcel2go or another similar site whose name escapes me and I find them great.
