Looking at getting a 'day one' drop bar crosser through cycle2work, however just noticed the 25% + tax 'exit' fee to keep the bike (used to be 5%)! so it seems to be not the bargain I hoped, in fact close to rrp.
The choice now is, go ahead and order the 'day one' on C2W and veiw it more as an interest free loan! or just buy an on-one pompino on offer at £399?
Both look suitable as a commute/light off-road/spare cross bike. Which is lighter and rides better?
I road a 'day one' flat bar and it felt pretty good, how does the pompino compare - looks a good deal.
