can be good. can be a bit “old fishy” as well IMO.

Finished butchering this today. Meat tastes better when you know where it comes from…

Posted 12 years agoYup – not as much as I’d like though. Used to do a lot of fly-fishing as a kid but nowadays it’s the annual sea fishing trip on the West Coast. Some highlights:
