Having had a boring Sunday looking out of the window at heavy rain when I wanted to ride please can someone recommend me a decent waterproof for road biking that isn’t a silly price.

Essentially I want something that is going to keep me dry in heavy downpours and be able to breathe so that I don’t roast and sweat in it!

I’ve been really impressed with my Gore Oxygen waterproof, not cheap but not Rapha money either and worth it in my opinion.
