Which saddle did you get that’s uncomfortable?

I specced a 110mm stem as I worried that I was on the top end of the recommended sz large already at 6ft1.7. Resting on the hoods, it feels a smidge more instintive (?) to rest my hands a smidge back so 100mm I bet.

The saddles a San Marco. I know saddles are highly personal but its like hard cardboard. I noted bikeradars review pre-purchase but the front isn’t flexy at all. Very stable too. Worried and researched a roadbike for over a year to get to this point.

hora, if its your first road bike you’ll adapt to it. Mines got longer and much lower as Ive got more flexible and more core strength, and the original set-up feels like an upright shopper by comparison.

Rotate the bars back towards you a bit.

Also – hard saddles are better. The padding should be in your shorts – padding on saddles squishes up into your perineum and cuts off blood flow.
