Anyone know any hostels or bunk houses in Brecon that are worth staying at?

Would also look at guest houses if they were cheap.

Bike friendliness not needed for this particular trip!

They do b and b, bunkhouse and camping, bike friendly. Really nice friendly couple, good well-priced food and ace beer. Owner has done some stand-up comedy so there’s a fair supply of droll wit coming from the bar. I couldn’t recommend it more highly, have stayed there and am back there in a couple of weeks.

2nd the Castle Inn, but remember it’s about 20mins out from Brecon. If you’re feeling flush, try the Griffin Felinfach. You won’t be disapointed.

This is about 15 mins from Brecon and probably not what you’re after but I stayed there and it was lovely so I’ll plug it anyway
