What a great album, if her previous is not your thing give this a listen as its different and brilliant.

Should be purchasing this tomorrow, really got into PJ Harvey recently, especially since buying “Stories From The City Stories From The Sea”

PJ Harvey is ace.

I wanted to see her last year, but with tickets going for over a ton I didn’t risk it. Problem is you never know what you’re going to get with PJ. And I didn’t like the Chalk stuff.
Bought a bag of balloons instead.

There are a couple of videos of her on ‘From The Basement‘. She a bit bonkers and stupidly talented – I’ll definitely be buying her new album.

I thought the single sounded really good, CD should arrive 2moz (fingers crossed).

only seen her once live, and that was back in ’92 at the Duchess of York pub in Leeds – amazing live..

I heard what I think was the single, on the radio the other week, thought it was bloody awful (and I was a big pj fan). Kept on repeating an old Eddie Cochran line (from summertime blues, iirc). Whats the point of that? Just made me think of Eddie Cochran.

Best gig I ever went to was Pj, new album is immense.
