    Query:

I have a list of invoices which have been split coded eg

Inv. 00012 Organisation. Joe Bloggs Value 25.00 Code. 1234
Inv. 00012 Organisation. Joe Bloggs Value 10.00 Code. 4321
Inv. 00012 Organisation. Joe Bloggs Value 30.00 Code. 5000
Inv. 00013 Organisation. John Smith Value 05.00 Code. 4000
Inv. 00013 Organisation. John Smith Value 50.00 Code. 1234
Inv. 00015 Organisation. Joe Bloggs Value 01.00 Code. 1234
Inv. 00015 Organisation. Joe Bloggs Value 50.00 Code. 4321

Im looking at approx 10,000 records like this, and basically want to produce a statement for each organisation.

I've done a pivot table that gives me the total value by organisation. When I double click on the value I want it to show me the total value of each invoice, but it is showing me each line item…

Is there I way I can get it to show just the total amount per invoice as a list?

If i understand you right, pull the invoice number header into a column left of the actual data you want, that should sort it by invoice number and give you the totals for each, hope that made sense.
