    Pretty big news over in the Ewe Ess of Ay right now.

    The beef is heated and spun in a centrifuge to separate the meat from the fat, before the final product is treated with a puff of ammonium hydroxide gas to kill any bacteria.

    over here in oz, all the sausages and pies are ridiculously high in meat. Sometimes I crave a proper dyed pink, lips and arseholes banger.

    best bangers have plenty of bread/rusk and fat in. As well as a decent pork meat. Not arseholes and lips.

    Lips are made of muscle though as are cheeks and eyebrows. Ideal for sausages.
