Hello all, I have a set on 2008-ish RS Pike 454 which have been fine up to now. However, they have started to bottom out way short of where they should be. Basically, if i wind the travel down to 110mm they don’t move at all, and if i wind it out fully there is about 30mm of travel. I’ve checked the air settings, and they seem fine.

Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Dumped all their damping oil into the lowers.

Robhughes is right. It’s a worn o-ring on the damper, you can get replacement kits on eBay or from loco, tf tuned etc
