Was going to head down to it and help again but thanks to being ill early in the week and the weather, I due back at work tomorrow, I'd thought I best not.

This was an awesome race, though I made life hard for myself running a singlespeed cross bike with very hard tyres (oops!). Came 32nd in Senior men – and other singlespeeders come ahead of me? Didn't notice any SS crossers, but there were a couple of ss mtb's…

I was in vets on a s/s crosscheck, icy uphill bits were challenging.

wheres bolty…. what place did you get then…i know your in there somewhere…
