So I’ve dismantled my RCT3 damper because the variable threshold wasn’t having any effect. I’m now concerned that I’ve put it back together wrong and am hoping someone out there might have dismantled one of these and photographed the shim stack layout.

I think there is a assembly guide on the Sram website.New forks? I had the same issue and sent them back to Sram.Turned out the compression rod had a crack in it.

Sadly the forks are old as is the damper. The problem is that while I can lock out the forks( hence oil level is fine I assume) I`m not getting any change from the slow speed compression dial ie there is no threshold lockout
