My phone line seems to have stopped working. Broard band is fine so I can send and receive a signal.

Tries plugging phone straight into the main phone socket with no micro filter or extension cable and I didnt get any dial tone or any noise at all.

BT have done a line check and they said it was fine.

    What can I do?

    When you say

“Tries plugging phone straight into the main phone socket”

have you actually taken the faceplate off the master socket and tried plugging directly into the test socket?

Well basically it skips your internal wiring. So if it works okay like that then your internal wiring is screwed. Otherwise it is the external.
