Did my back in at Christmas.
Fine now but have some numbness and lack of feeling in my right leg, which is really knocking my confidence.

Can stand up on the pedals, but can’t pedal stood up for too long.
    Action so uncoordinated it’s untrue.

It’s becoming a real pain in the arse on the road – the strength is still there, but the lack of feeling robs any semblance of smoothness.
End up over compensating with the dodgy leg too, always much more sore the day after a big ride.

I was quite happy with my pre injury pedalling action – riding smoothly is the only aspect of cycling I’ve ever been vaguely competent at, apart from finding decent caffs.

I’ve exhausted my years of hard won knowledge (‘think big circles’), so I think I need to start again.

    What works for you?
    All tips gratefully appreciated.

    Thanks.

no real idea – but how about one-legged pedalling to force your numb leg to work ?

    Go back to flats.

One legged pedalling drills are pointless BTW,.
