PC help please! virus i think..

Windows explorer keeps crashing, ive done a scan with avast – nothing. i downloaded spybot, trid it but nowt.
from typing in that Q to google i found the name vitumonde, and spybot scanned for that for ages..

Try running msconfig [Run > msconfig] & disabling everything that’s not needed
