So, having had a few days of my baby daughter being really picky with her food, I decided to make a stand. She would sit there and eat what was in front of her, and there would be nothing else. Cue endless wailing and crying. I finally gave up, and she just sat on the floor, doing nothing. At that point I decided to take her temperature…which was 3 degrees above normal.

Yes, I did feel very bad.

I feel your pain. We have had our fair share of sickness and hospital stays.

Yup feel your pain. We were quite smug parents as blobby jr was sleeping though from quite early on… until he started teething. We’ve now had about 3 months of rubbish nights and I know tiredness like never before. The past two weeks have been chronic, consisting of a week in hospital with bronchiolitis with the poor boy in a oxygen head box and being fed on a drip. I’m told that this is pretty much what to expect for the next year or so!

The last 14 months has certainly given me a much greater appreciation of the NHS. Without it, our boy wouldn’t be here.

Mini jr finally went today. At pre-school. 3 days worth. She’s happy. I’m happy. Her keyworker passed out.

What is it with the snot??? You know at school there was always one kid who had snot coming out of his nose? Well that kid is one of my two. It just doesn’t stop!

Seriously, the fella has a real talent there with his snot production but I am yet to find a way of commercialising this resource.
