Tubeless a regular Fire XC :-S

I wouldn’t, waaaaay loose on the bead.

Stan’s used to explicitly recommend not to use panaracers…

I used to use these with the ghetto method on DT swiss rims. Fine no prob.

IA +1, Stan’s specifically say no. I’d not.

They’re crap anyway, heavy and not grippy!

Hmm, mixed views! Just to clarify I’m using the yellow tape method! Anyone actually tried it and it’s not worked!

Not tried with a crest but failed miserably on an XM719 with stans rim strip. Took ages to seal then had lots of problems burping air through the bead on rough ground. Have since done a few Maxxis tyres on the same rim and rim strip without further problems.

I have the ust version that sealed fine on 355s.

They are up for sale if you are interested.

Add can be found in my profile.

Thanks for all your replies, on balance I’m not going to risk spending £50 or so quid only to find they don’t work! Might stick to rocket rons!

Rons grip better and weigh nearly 200g less per tyre! You’d be mad to change anyway!
