    I’ve stripped off the wallpaper back to the plaster on one wall and lining paper on another wall. Can I just paint emulsion straight over the top?

    ItIt looks like there is still some residue of wallpaper paste on the walls, can I paint over that or should I primer it first with a zinnser primer?
