For a garage exterior, should i stick with a brand name like Sandtex from Screwfix
    http://www.screwfix.com/p/sandtex-ultra-smooth-masonry-paint-magnolia-10ltr/72381
or will some thing from ebay like http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=321028914626&var=510089891031&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:top:en
do the job just as well?

There is quite a price difference & i’ll be doing inside & out.

Will i regret the cheap paint in the long run?

    Cheers.

I’ve been using Sandtex on my house and can’t fault it. I tend to re-apply it every year as it’s easier than cleaning the old stuff (white bay window).

I nearly always use Dulux Weathershield. A couple of years ago I tried some Wickes self-cleaning white masonry paint for my front gateposts and it does seem to stay clean.

OooooooO – don’t wanna be doing that, paint and forget for a good few years is the plan.

Is brand whoring bollox with paint? or any alternative (cheap)recommendations?
