I've been on a 60 mile road ride today and have a pain in both my knees just underneath the bottom of my knee cap after riding for about 30 miles. It then got worse as I rode further. The pain is sharpe and quite acute. I seem to get it more in my winter leggins and wonder if they put extra pressure on my knees? Anyone else have this problem, if so, how did you fix it?
