Leeming Res. to Nab Hill area.
We now seem to have:
A mystery bridleway which has been downgraded to a footpath.
A crappy track which is now signposted (at the top) as a Restricted Byway which ends in a confusion of diversions and a very irate landowner – seemingly the person who "personally had the bridleway downgraded to footpath"
Anyone got a bigger picture?

Give your local Rights of way officer at the council a call. If the path has been downgraded they have to post notices etc before the change to let people comment etc.
