    I'm using OJOsoft at the mo but the outputs aren't great.
    Any recommendations?

    Mov is a generic container for many different codecs.

    Assuming you mean something like h264 in an mp4 file (i.e. iTunes/iPod/VLC compatible) then Handbrake is probably the best app.
