Before anyone moans I did search Monkey and PETA..

So PETA, the bastion of all that is holy <cough> bollix <cough>, brought a case against a photographer so the Monkey owned it’s own copyright.. There are some PETA fanboi’s on here, so what’s you’re take on this? Ludicrous waste of money, time, resources. Hounding for some ill-feted gain, or totally right?

ruling copyright protection cannot be applied to animals.

I know they lost, it’s the point that they did it in the first place..

That case does make PETA look like idiots.
