what a terrible website they have.

given that british cycling seem to be on board it's likely to be uci registered too*. if it is helmets will be mandatory.

Er, is this the white rose classic as used to exist, or the more recent incarnation after the rather acrimonious split?

I did the former (run by Derek Boocock) back in 2007, and it was truly a sufferfest for a non-climber like me.

In any event, I have yet to ride a sportive that doesn't insist on wearing a helmet.
