    i am looking into connecting my vhs to my pc/mac and copying family vids onto dvd. Anyone had any experience doing this and any useful tips on what cables/software to use etc?

    A graphics card with TV In would be the easiest bet. tehn you need a scart to the 3 AV cable converter thingy.
