Ordered the wrong BB for my 2012 Five.

I thought I could just order a Hollowtech 2 68/73mm one and it would be fine. Turns out not.

What measurement am I missing?

Can anyone recommend any deals around at the moment?

Last one I ordered was accidentally the right one from Rose bikes.

Is it the BB90 bit I needed to check?

Strange. It’s just a standard British threaded bottom bracket, so an HT 2 should fit (unless you got an Italian threaded one or something).

One I had to send back was small. Could tell looking at the box it was too small. Thought the 69/73mm bit would be the only thing I needed to check

Swear mines bb60 not bb90

I think bb90 is xtr cranks and bb60 deore,slx, xt I could be completely wrong though.

Small in the diameter way of the cups.

Can anyone find one that should fit on crc?

We’ve just had a road HT2 BB through with smaller diameter cups, and an adapter to fit into the original tool, not sure if MTB ones are going the same way.
