How far back do you need to go with your employment history? Until you get to the good bit you want them to take notice of, or all the way back to your paper round?

would have thought most relevant history – back to work experience if appropriate for college education; but not – as you say – paper round, tattie picker or shelf stacker.

You can always have a brief or not so brief description, and can adjust that to suit what they’d like to see.

That was my thinking – only just spotted the job that closes tomorrow, so not got time to devote too much to my job history as it is.
