Eleven bikes stolen from a police station lock-up in Southport.

Appeal After 11 Bikes Stolen From Ainsdale Police Station

No indication if they were seized bikes or police issue ones – but the fact that six were the same indicates the latter.

    Keep ’em peeled obvs.

    Oh the ironing
If only they had worked for months to save up to buy the bikes out their taxed income . Researched for hours online to ensure the purchace choice was the correct one, fretted for weeks afer dropping the folding that their decision was the correct one …

Then the near pant wetting excitemnt as little parcels from CRC , Merlin etc arrive containing things of actual joy in a box. . .

Then spent hours meticuously assembling the bike to make it as near to perfect as humanly possible, only to have it stolen by some skank head and sold on for 1% of its cost

Then they might actually feel the pain of loss , as opposed to ‘ At least I wont get laughed at and soaked through anytime soon , pass the donuts love’

Seems they were a local charity’s, to be used for local kids, ironically keeping them out of trouble. The garage was in the grounds of a closed down station, decisions made due to cost cutting due to the financial crisis. But it’s far easier to laugh at fat lazy coppers eating donuts.
