friend of mine dug one out from behind his shed, it has been there for years. anyone know anything about them. i presume it’s some kind of jump bike. huge looking bb. it’s got an old IS style hope front disk and a hyd rear rim brake, and is 1×8 (or 9 maybe) and some wierd marz forks which look 20mm bolt thru but nothing like anything i have seen before.

we were considering building the bits up into a 456 frame i have.

Quite heavy jump bike, actually quite good.
The one you have appears to have a standard BMX BB shell. You can get converters from DMR to put a normal BB in but most people will use BMX BB and 3 piece cranks.
If the Mazzer forks look weird they may be the Shiver versions? Upside down forks them, and quite good. They were made in single and double crown versions.
