    Hi has anybody else had issues with on one reference returns my luu lights developed a fault so rang on one and was told to send them back and replacment would be sent ,this was 2 weeks ago .
    Have been in touch with them about 3 times and just seem to get passed around the office being told its being dealt with by a third party as there were lots of issues with the lights

    I phoned them earlier this week to sort out returning a wrong part that they had sent out..

    They had the correct part on my doorstep the following morning and let me keep the incorrect one as an act of good faith.. well impressed with the service..

    (the part was a stem)

    Don’t know if they’re not a bit understaffed/overworked at the moment.

    I returned a jersey for a refund 3 weeks ago but heard nothing back (could have got lost in the post). Dropped them an e-mail on Saturday and got a reply on Monday, saying they would sort it out. Haven’t heard anything since, will follow up tomorrow.

    Previous refund was about 4 days.
