Anyone out there can help with this one? I have got a 08 Mbuzi with RF Atlas double with bash guard set up. I have purchased a Blackspire Stinger double chain guide and I cant get the thing to work. Basically the only way that the Stinger does not hit my granny ring is to have 2 spacers on the drive side between the frame and BB cup, this then moves the cranks out far enough not to fowl, BUT this then throws the chain alignment waaaay out.
Any ideas?

I put one on my Nicola Fr with XT cranks with no probs.....

I followed the Instructions...

Good luck

Oh.. also put some loctite on the roller wheel bolt.

Funny mine didnt have instructions with it? how many spacers did you have on the drive side?

I never got instructions with mine..

Can't remember and she's locked up for the night!

got an Mbuzi with a stinger on it in the garage, I can take some pics tomorrow. Went on with no spacers on a 36.24 just clear of the bash ring

This one might be the key, its tight, but there is about 3mm between the plate and the granny ring:

D'oh! Unscore (ACL). Am waiting on new cranks which I am hoping will fixt the problem - but nice to see that it is poss so ta.
