Not used ASDA. Their website doesn't like Macs

    Used Tesco and Sainsburys

Tesco's customer service was rubbish. On a number of occasions they would ring up on the morning of the delivery to say they weren't coming; "The vans broken down'. You would think a company the size of Tesco would have more than one van.

Sainsburys have been excellent. Even when issues have arisen they've gone the extra mile to fix them. eg The store manager made one delivery using her car when the van had broken down.

Tesco is better although the mrs did an order the other day and changed our home number or something and apparently it wiped the list she spent hours compiling… needless to say it wasn't her fault..Sis uses asda every now and again but prefers Tesco

Asda website was awful and slow…unless it's improved significantly in the last year. Ocado or Sainsburys are decent.

I think Asda had a new website in the last 6 months….it is still not great, but a massive improvement on what cam before. Which, as you mention, was not hard.
