I plan on getting some offset shock bushings in the near future but unsure how to determine whether it will affect frame clearances etc. Could anyone help with this? From experience maybe?

i did it on my stinky, worked nicely, lowered bb, slackened head angle

youll need measurements for your bushings and make sure that there is clearance in your frame to lower the shock down and possibly alter the swingarm movement?

The best bet IMO is just to deflate/despring the shock and compress to the max (give it a bounce to take up any slack/flex) to see if it hits hard parts. Then just add on a bit- you should be able to get a good feel for it. Once you get to the extremes of travel small diffences can mean a surprisingly large (or small!) amount of movement in the important directions so no substitute for having a look imo.
