Was crawling in traffic today behind two 3 series 58 plate beemers. one was normal but the other? it seemed to have a camera on the parcel shelf, and what could be two groups of flash bulbs at the top of the rear screen. There looked to be something similar down by the rear bumper.

Seeing the two together, one normal and this, curious as to whether this is some plain police car or something else?

no they were side by side and when i got to the roundabout they went in different directions. So i assume no connection.
