Nice wee vid! Did a year and a half trying to get a cycle courier company off the ground in Aberdeen, many years ago now. Sounds cliched, but just couldn’t get the staff for the cash I could pay. Loads of guys loved the idea of it but flaked out after half a day in the face of a sea breeze. My business partner lasted a month, before retiring 🙁
I struggled on through the worst, coldest, snowiest, slushiest winter for decades but gave up in the Spring when I realised I hadn’t paid myself for two months 😀 I was plenty fit though!
