An excellent illustration of why its good technique to have the outside pedal lower during cornering 😉

On that. Hmmm. On most corners I keep my outside pedal cocked at about 2 o’clock, with both legs heavily bent. Pedal all the way down is for extreme cornering where I’m not sure if I’m going to make it otherwise. But the more your pedal is down the more your legs are locked out and the less you can pump the trail for speed. So pedal down is inherently defensive. Not the fastest way to get round your average flowy singletrack corner.

LOL @ those that said ‘shopped.

    3 things about the vid:-

    1. I’m extremely impressed at the ‘self-returning’ Mmmbop @ around 25 seconds
    2. Top fun and skillz in the mud
    3. My thoughts go out to their Mums with the washing

I’ll retract my original photoshop jibe and attribute it to my crappy work laptop and monitor. Looking at it on that, the outlines of his arms were very jaggy and looked as though he’d been crudely cut and pasted.

Looks much better on my home PC.

You got your brakes on the right way round this time. 😯 😉

    Great picture though.
