So the one i refer to as mrs t-r is offiially becoming mrs t-r in july…..

We just this minute booked flights into san francisco and a car.

We know where we want to go but have no ideas on accomodation so thought i would consult the hive mind oracle.

Looking for somewhere in san francisco easy to get into town from

Somewhere near mammoth

Somewhere near tahoe – incline village

Some where near eureka/ humboldt

And heading out to point reyes station .

Just wondering if anyone had anywhere out of ordinary , quirky , nice , not a comfort inn/holiday inn if you get my drift.

We stayed here in San Francisco a few years back.

It was pretty good then. Small and interesting in what was then (and no reason to believe it isn’t now) a very nice neighbourhood. Not full of facilities but it depends what you’re looking for.
