my favorite silly single speed has suddenly developed lots of flex in it’s back end, I’ve leaned on it in a bike stand and it’s flexing loads, but there are no visible cracks yet….is this the end of the poor little aluminium darling…..how am I gong to replace it….. there aren’t any others like it……… 🙁

I’m going to ride it until it dies and then have a period of mourning, no other bike has made my smile so much

If it’s developed loads of flex the I wouldn’t ride it! It may snap and cause you a serious injury.

Do you have a spoon and a welding torch to hand?

Sounds like you need to do some serious inspection. Frame, wheels, dropouts etc.
