Looking for some shorts for these warmer times but im not paying £70 for a pair – has anyone any ideas for non bike company shorts that work ok – looking for something like troy lee type shorts – jazzy pattern ish as im a tart.

cunning – good ventilation but as an Englishman id rather eat a kilt than wear a skirt

You'd struggle to eat six yards of wool, especially the pleated bits…
