I like the look of the 340g weight and the 21mm internal width (the low sidewalls look to spread the tyre even further)
What I'm not sure of is just how tough, stiff or what sort of riding they're actually intended for?
At 21mm internal, they're 2mm wider than the 'aggressive cross country' Arch (though 420g) and 1.6mm narrower than the 'all mountain, heavy duty trail' flow rim (though 470g), though the crest and arch share the same 24.4mm external diameter so crests have much narrower sidewalls but is this to do with the crest (and alpine) being a newer generation rim?
Anyone know if the arch and flow rims are due an update (and weight drop) anytime soon?
