Having hardly ridden for the last two months due to a chest infection left me gipping for air on a The Grave Yard Climb last week. Tod will kill me!

I’d love to come over again though once I’ve got my old lungs back.

My nackered knee just started convulsing at the mere mention of Tod! Bregante – I think we’re planning on something less… Erm… Vertical on Wednesday night, if you fancy a run over to Rammy. Probably le Tour de Resevoirs. Anyone else welcome too, but it’ll be leisurely pace (even by usual standards). We’re one down on the usual Rammy contingent, as some clumsy sod fell down the stairs and broke his foot on Saturday. Hope you’re back on the bike before too long Lee!!
