we go night riding ever week and I've never seen any body up there. Dose any body ride round dalby on a night time.

I've done a bit of night running there in the past

go up most thursdays but kick off at 4pm so not had a dark ride yet. relishing the darkness after the clocks go back in a couple of weeks though. last year probably got about 12 or 15 dark rides in and would usually see a few people arriving jsut as we were leaving.

where dose ever body park. We park at crossclif or langdale end and that gives you a good climb to start with.

Used To ride every Wednesday night up there when I lived In York.. Now looking toward to Delamere night rides..

never get up there till 6:30-7:00 so it's well late when we get home.

park at visitor's centre or dixon's hollow usually.

don't the gates get locked at 20:00

yeah i think they do actually. never been up there that late. you can get in from ebberston village as well though.

I got locked in the car park at Dixons Hollow during a night ride! So probably the visitors centre is a better place to park?

Can they lock the main entrance? I dont recall seeing a gate when you leave?
