Came across this guy when looking for a ring that would fit the XTR M960 cranks I found in a bin the other day (see this thread http://www.singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/bike-bin-diving )

Apart from Shimano and Blackspire he was the only person who did a 102mm BCD ring I could find.

Anyway – £29 (including shipping from the USA) for a made to order ring, in any size, and any anodised colour 8) can't be bad!

Just in the process of grinding and polishing the cranks at the moment. Should look nice.

Nice find. Might be a good option for a 30t ring.

gebhardt.cz also do 102mm bcd rings and will basically make anything you like. Choice of tooth profile, stamped or CNC, and of course colour.
