Just fitted a new Velvet RL2, took it out for a day’s riding, and then noticed afterwards that there’s a very small amount of play in the right-hand leg and a faint knocking sound around 50mm into the stroke (both when compressing and when decompressing). Don’t know if these things are related.

Is this normal for this fork? Am I being paranoid? Doesn’t seem to affect the ride – happy with its performance so far 🙂
