    Probably been done to death on here but… Bike to work scheme starting soon, might go for a new hardtail, gotta be steel though. Like the Soul design but also drawn to the Whyte steel and also the Genesis simplicity (particualrly the new Alfine IO)
    Anyone offer any views / experience ??

    Haven't ridden the Whyte or Genesis but I've had a Cotic Soul for the last 5 years and I can highly recommend one. Decent weight, great handling, very versatile. Plus I like the independant brand vibe, man 8)

    O-O 456, just bought one and it rocks my socks.

    And you wont struggle to build it up for under £1000 like a cotic or whyte.
