My hand was forced when my Spesh was stolrn insurance paid out with Halfords vouchers. Really like my Boardman Team FS. It's a cracking bike once you get through the brand snobbery.

What do you mean by what a warranty's worth ??

Go for the stumpy if you are on the heftier side.

Edit: you can't transfer the warranty on a sh bike, so the stumpy would be sans warranty.

Yep, s/hand bike=no warranty
New bike=full warranty on frame and components
