I have decided to get my white Cove Handjob frame enamelled and get some pannier mounts added at the same time.

There are quite a few companies out there Mercian, Argos etc so some recommendations would be nice.

Colour wise I am currently torn between pale blue, vibrant red or potting shed green (I still remember seeing a DeKerf in the mid nineties). Maybe with some white detailing.
