Have spent a fab day in the capitol of Sweden, cycled about 20 miles with the other half, coffee and ice cream stops. Cycling lanes means its fun and safe, mostly. Loads of stunning chicks zooming about in the sunshine 🙂 Stockholm is what seems hundreds of little islands and to cap it off just got back from swimming about 200 meters from the flat. Very surreal swimming in the middle of a big city, just jump in with boats going past. When I was here in the winter it was -20 today it is 30. More of the same tomorrow 🙂
